change of base year for IIP numbers

Tomorrow, on 10^th June, CSO shall release IIP numbers for the month of April.

Base year for this new series shall be 2004-05, so for base year was 1993-94.

This new series shall have 45 % more items (around 600)  including electronic gadgets like mobile phone and PDA, on the other side obsolete items like typewriter,tape recorder etc shall be excluded.
